the bravest thing you can do….
I know it’s cliche to hear how brave therapy is, but what could be braver than trusting a stranger to support you with some of your most vulnerable aspects of your life? While my professional education is intended to train me to do this, I am very lucky to know firsthand what it’s like to work with therapists that could sit with me, completely nonjudgementally, and allow me to find my own path. That is what I hope to provide for you.
I have over fifteen years supporting humans in various stages of their lives. While my specialty areas are trauma and adoption, I have received training and experience working with an array of mental health concerns related to generalized anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, grief and loss, relationships, life transitions and parenting.
I am a sex-positive therapist and have vast experience working with individuals in open, polyamorous or ethically non-monogamous relationships. I actively strive to be a safe support for all marginalized communities who have been historically disempowered and oppressed by influential and discriminatory groups.
